I had such a great stay at this place! The location was perfect for me as it was pretty close to the airport. Not only that, but it was also close to many attractions like the beach and the stadium. The staff here were really friendly and accommodating. They even offered services like room service, dry cleaning, and laundry. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including free Wi-Fi and a mini-bar. I also enjoyed the on-site dining options, especially the restaurant. the service and facilities provided here were top-notch.
I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The overall ambience, the decoration of the hotel, the lighting of the hotel at night, the safety precautions, the pool, the attentive staff, the choice at breakfast and dinner. The peace and quiet in the sleeping area of the hotel. View of the Olympic sites of 2014 and the World Cup stadium of 2018. Many children are in the hotel due to the adjacent amusement park. Transfer airport via the hotel booking.
High prices in the bar.

Super hotel with very friendly staff! Very nice atmosphere.
The monkeys that are shown to the tourists on the big square in front of the hotel should not be there. That's cruelty to animals!!

This hotel has an amazing view of the ferris wheel! the dining hall provided lots of delicious and diverse food options. I really enjoyed the big, spacious room with a variety of furniture and amenities. the location was very convenient and close to many tourist attractions.
The bathroom stall was a bit small and the elevators were slow.

Rooms are very nice. All very clean, mattresses are very good!
Staff can hardly speak English except at the reception desk. Breakfast is varied, but not always delicious, but everyone sees it differently.

My recent stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The location was perfect, just a short taxi ride away from the restaurant strip in Adler. The room was comfortable with great amenities. I was particularly impressed with the laundry service. They were able to remove a stubborn mark from my chinos and even repaired a small rip in my shirt. Breakfast had a few disappointments, but the hot honey porridge was a treat. The 24-hour room service was excellent and the hotel's castle theme added a fun touch to the overall atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel boasts a prime location, near the beach and Sochi park. the comfortable room and bathroom make for a luxurious stay. Breakfast is a highlight with a good selection of food. the hotel offers facilities like a spa, table tennis, and swimming pools, perfect for families.
It'd be great if the staff could be more attentive to needs, especially in handling orders and transportation arrangement.

Great for kids! The theme park tickets were a lifesaver and really saved us money. loved the big swimming pool and play areas for all ages. Plus, the location near the beach and other attractions was perfect.
Our room was pretty shabby. Worn carpet, old fixtures, and even some spots that looked dirty.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
